Yes, every fragrance sold at The Parfums is guaranteed 100% authentic and sourced directly from authorized distributors or the perfume houses themselves.

How should I store my perfume to ensure it lasts?

To preserve the integrity of the notes, store your bottles in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and humidity, such as a bedroom drawer or cabinet.

What is your return policy for opened fragrances?

Due to the personal nature of beauty products, we only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 30 days of purchase. We recommend purchasing a sample size before committing to a full bottle.

How long does shipping usually take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. Please note that since perfume is classified as hazardous material (HAZMAT) due to alcohol content, it must be shipped via ground transportation.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we only ship within the domestic United States due to international regulations regarding the transport of alcohol-based liquids.

What is the difference between Eau de Parfum and Eau de Toilette?

The main difference is the concentration of fragrance oils. Eau de Parfum (EDP) typically contains 15-20% oil and lasts 6-8 hours, while Eau de Toilette (EDT) contains 5-15% and lasts 4-6 hours.
